Ava's second first Day of School.

Ava's school at our church started today....finally a week after all other schools around. She was excited and of course was a pro when I dropped her off. Here are a few from the morning.

Ps. It's my first time being home with both babies in school. Usually I work but was scheduled off today, so I'm not sure to do with myself. Head to the gym in a few and grocery store...Matthias threw in I could "clean the house"...lol figures.heehee!

Ava said it...."Mom could you inside-out this" this is what she says when her clothes are inside out. Kinda like "speak it up" when she wants the radio louder.

Max...is talking a bunch too. His teacher was really surprised last week with all of his 3-4 word sentences..."I'm okay momma," "I don't want it," and he can even say "yes" and "no" in the right context.....pretty good!!!

These are our buddies Monique and Jacob, we share our Cowboys tickets with them. Mo, also is my boss and friend(she always says that when I introduce her as my boss), yes my friend too. Love me some Mo, she's from Austin and has it in her blood just as bad as I do.

Friday Morning at home....

Finally a cool morning to sit out in the backyard and enjoy the morning. We taught Max how to say Acorn....remember this story---Poor Ava Lou!

Then Miss Ava arrives with her outfit. She told me she wanted to get dresses herself so 1/2 an our later here she arrives. Dun-Dun-dunnnnnnnnnnnn!

Our week trip to Lubbock!!!

Last week our planned weekend trip to Lubbock turned into a week trip...which is just fine with us. Matthias flew in on Friday and we visited with family, went to the Tech game and ate a bunch....These were all out side of Guthrie getting into the 6666 ranch...

Averi, Hays, Pat, Kenda and the crew we're out at their grandmothers gathering the night before their dad Bill's funeral. Kenda was calling as I was driving through all of this so I had to grab the camera and take some pictures as I headed into West Texas....

We finally got us a dual dvd player for the car....what the heck took me so long to do this? Seriously, as many road trip as we go on, I can't believe I hadn't done it sooner--stuck in 1989 I guess...

My little back seat travelers do so good...especially with some Nemo or Bambi love....

Friday, we started out at the Science Spectrum before Matthias arrived. Ava was so excited to be back at her birthday place....good times and no one there---Perfect!

Tech won and of course we spent most of our time catching up in the Pavillion...

Max's first Day of School!

At 2 he was sound asleep on his nap mat....what a big boy....

Mr. Max had his first day of school today....okay well Mother's Day Out(MDO). He was so excited to get to Ava's school as I think he remembered dropping her off last year and never wanting to leave. So, today when it was time to leave him he kinda changed his mind....a few tears later his teacher Ms. Joan said he did great. Only crying when he got sleepy for nap time. Let the Fall season begin....Tue/Thur 9-2 yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
