It’s almost here, I couldn’t be more excited.

I’m giddy, I’m glad, I’m positively delighted!

It’s my favorite season, my favorite by far

The Pavilion starts to feel like a rowdy sport bar.

My hands get sweaty, my stomach starts to churn

My chest gets heavy, my ears start to burn!

But these are all good feelings, you see, I can’t wait!

Texas Tech football….It’s FRIGGIN’ GREAT!

August 30, that is the day

Eastern Washington…who the heck are they?

Either way, we’ll be ready…this year is our year.

I know I’m ready to watch, ready to yell and cheer.

So get your guns up b**ches!! It’s almost game time.
