How to sneeze and cough!!!

At the gym today I witnessed something very disturbing. On the treadmill next to me a young lady coughed a couple of times with out covering her mouth and then sneezed into her hand while continuing on with her workout. Yes, grabbed on to the handles of the treadmill and continued on with her workout, I was floored. Her nasty, disgusting, sick germs there for all of us. Maybe I'm a little more paranoid b/c having sick babies is no fun. And all it takes is the bend of a elbow to prevent most of our nasty germs from spreading.
