Fiesta Artichoke Dip
1 package Lawry’s Taco Spices and Seasonings
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cans (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained
1 can (4oz) diced green chilies
½ cup sliced green onion, divided
In food processor combine first four ingredients, blend until creamy.
Add artichoke hearts and pulse to roughly chop.
Stir in green chilies and 1/3 cup green onions.
Place in ovenproof serving dish and bake uncovered at 350F until heated through,
about 25 min.
Garnish with remaining green onions
Serve with Tortilla chips and/or assorted raw veggies
Makes 4 cups
Every time I make this for a get-together its a huge success!! Really yummy and great for lets say Super Bowl Sunday!!!
