2006

Happy New Years to all of you!! 2006 was an awesome year for us!! I married a wonderful, funny, loving man and daddy. Spent time with my new family here in Dallas and in Germany, we love and miss our Omi and family in Germany everyday. Watched UT win the National Championship, even if their not my team, it was fun to watch them win. Traveled many times to visit with family and friends in Austin and Lubbock. Waited for the birth of three beautiful babies to our friends Christy(aka..Fresh) and Peter, Whitney and Victor and Pat and Averi. Our Hugo Mosser turned a whopping 85years old, now that's something to celebrate. Continued playing doubles in tennis with Jessica, which started up strong in spring 06 and ended slow in the fall due to the coming of our new baby boy Max, but I'll be back Summer 1 2007...I promise. I continued on at Half Shells working part time with some of the greatest people...Owners to cooks....hoping to get back quick in 2007. Spent time in Las Vegas and NYC with Matthias and other ND Satcom peeps...we had such a blast. Watched my baby brother Kelly graduate from The University of Texas...so PROUD of him. Attended not only one but two "Girls Trips" with my favorite all time girlie's(minus a few) in New Braunfels where we floated the river and then to Santa Fe, New Mexico where we visited the spa. Turned 35..ughhhh!! Attended our Rankin Family reunion in Fredricksburg. Started our angel in a Mother's Day Out program which she absolutely LOVES!!! Watched our Red Raiders play some exciting and upsetting football, but in the end winning the Insight Bowl. Watched our cousin leave to Baghdad, our prayers are with him everyday!!! Got to see The Chicks live(8th row, baby)! Enjoyed many get togethers with all our DFW friends. Celebrated within 3 days: Ava's 2 year birthday, our anniversary(at the Cowboys game) and NYE(in bed by 11pm).

We will also miss Matty, a beautiful friend and companion to my brother Kerry!!!
