ANT BITE!!

This is what we did on our Sunday night. After a quick trip to Lubbock, we drove home Sunday afternoon and ended up in the Emergency room 4 hours later. Matthias decided to mow the yard at 7pm. At 7:45pm he was bitten by an ant/s, on his foot about 4 times. Next thing you know his face was swollen X 3 and rashes all over his body. Off we went to the ER. By the time we got there it was an hour later and he had severe rashes under his arms and neck. They got him on an IV of drugs and Benadryl, which made him sick and dizzy, but did the trick.....We we're on our way home by 10:30. All of that from some tiny little piss of *%#@ ant...ugghhhh.
Luckily he was okay, I was really scared for a minute b/c it affected him so quickly. I havent used my hazard lights in years....that was fun!!! So, let this be a lesson to you. If you are bitten by any insect and you break out in any kind of rash or have shortness of breath, get your botty to the ER!!!!
